Hi Jagannath,

I could be on the wrong lines but if the views are generating ok using the generate_views "archive" in ./bin, then it most likely sounds like the EPrints are registered and found in the database but the physical files in the "Documents" folder are not being picked up.

If you have migrated or anything make sure the "Documents" folder in /Eprints3/archives/"name"/Documents contains the same as the old one did, otherwise it will generate the views but when you come to view them you will get 404 errors occurring due to the physical file not being found at the specified location.

Thanks for your response.

We have regenerated the views many times. The problem we are encountering is
for the existing items which are not displayed under divisions.

It is showing 247 items under divisions, but we are encountering "404 file
not found error" in article level (while accessing these 247 items).
