[EP-tech] Estimate time for script execution

Hi,

    Is there anyway to get an estimated time based upon data/database size
for scripts like "generate_views" , to complete execution ?

In eprints version 3.1.3, Data base size 4GB, and documents directory size
28 GB. (nearly 90000 records.)

Also , how to customize Library of Congress subject list with my own list
to get a customized advance search ?
