[EP-tech] Mod_perl not detected by eprints

Dear All,

mod_perl rpm is installed and mod_per.so is loaded in httpd.conf , is it
not detected by eprints.

./configure --disable-diskfree --prefix=/usr/share/eprints3

Apache Log says :Apache/2.2.15 (Unix) DAV/2 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.10.1
configured -- resuming normal operations


What might be the reason ???  Eprints version 3.1.3 , OS version Centos 6.3
