Yes, because I already install 3.3 but unsuccessful...so, I try 3.2 and it works. On Mon, Oct 15, 2012 at 11:06 PM, Denis Pitzalis <denis.pitzalis@gmail.com> wrote:
Hi, there is a special reason you want to install a 3.2 version instead than a 3.3 one?----- Reply message -----

This may be similar to an issue we had when we upgraded to Perl 5.14 (it's a while back now so I can't recall the details). Our solution was to remove Unicode::Normalize from eprints/perl_lib thus forcing EPrints to use the system library.

Hi all
problem of generate_views informing
Unicode::Normalize is required to normalize strings at /opt/eprints3/perl_lib/EPrints/Update/Views.pm line 782
has not been solved yet. We tried to install next 3.2.9 version of EPrints
It seems there is a discrepancy in Perl modules supplied with EPrints and in home system. Supplied Normalize.pm has version label 0.23, while the same for home system has label 1.10.
Upgrade from CPAN updates only home system files, but not supplied ones.
Thanks
