[EP-tech] Captcha / reCAPTCHA

Just thought I'd give the EPrints developers a big thumbs-up for the reCAPTCHA code that's in the current version of EPrints.

I've just written a wiki page for it:

Hopefully it'll help someone - it might also be worth adding a default recaptcha.pl file to cfg.d - I only found the example code by some lucky grepping!
