[EP-tech] Eprints installation error

Hi,

I am getting the error below when installing eprints:

I did google this error and found a supposed fix which involved looking at the file /var/lib/dpkg/info/eprints.postrm (see http://www.eprints.org/tech.php/thread-12622.html).  But this does not appear to be the problem here.
