[EP-tech] Edit Footer

Hi
 
Can anyone advise which the correct server directory path and filename to edit the Eprint default footer on the Main homepage:
 
Footer:
Test Repository is powered by EPrints 3 which is developed by the School of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton. More information and software credits.
 
I've been testing these filesd make changes but edited text was not updated:
 
usr/share/eprints/archives/eprint/cfg /lang/en/static/index.page
.usr/share/eprints/archives/eprints/html/en/index.html
 
Working from the web interface by downloading the index.html and re-upload it also doesn't work.
