[EP-tech] divisions language

Hello. When I adding new divisions or edit existing I see field
Language  where my language named as unspecified. You can see this on
the screen - http://awesomescreenshot.com/0bc37g7c7
In the drop menu it show's any other languages. How can I add my lang
or rename unspecified as Ukrainian?
