[EP-tech] Themes changing in eprints

Dear support,

 

I need your kind assistance. I am trying to implement the Glass theme available for Eprints. But even after changing the branding.pl to pointing to theme=glass it is not working.

Could you please also tell me where from to use the commands: generate_static , epadmin reload etc.? I am getting the error : command not found.
