Hi, I guess you terminated the 'create' wizard early? You can do: ./bin/epadmin config_core [archiveid] To configure the core settings. ./bin/epadmin create_db [archiveid] To create the database if you didn't get that far. ./bin/epadmin create_tables [archiveid] To create tables. ./bin/generate_apacheconf To generate the Apache configuration. ./bin/import_subjects [archiveid] To import Subjects. Views and static pages are generated on demand, or by ./bin/generate_{views,static,abstracts} manually. If you half created the database you may need to manually destroy it and start again with create_db. All the best, Tim. I concur with you that I may have missed the basic parameter while configuring the D/B. If it is so, how do I have to reconfigure ths same D/B.? > > > > why can't you just post the commands you give and its output? :) > > *** Options: http://mailman.ecs.soton.ac.uk/mailman/listinfo/eprints-tech > > *** Archive: http://www.eprints.org/tech.php/ > > *** EPrints community wiki: http://wiki.eprints.org/ > > > > > > -- > ---------------------- > Denis Pitzalis > Information Technology Consultant > > UNESCO - http://www.unesco.org > Paris, France - Tel: +33145681816 > > Business Strand Coordinator > 3D-COFORM - http://www.3dcoform.eu > > VAST 2011 - http://www.vast-conference.eu > > *** Options: http://mailman.ecs.soton.ac.uk/mailman/listinfo/eprints-tech > *** Archive: http://www.eprints.org/tech.php/ > *** EPrints community wiki: http://wiki.eprints.org/ > > *** Options: http://mailman.ecs.soton.ac.uk/mailman/listinfo/eprints-tech > *** Archive: http://www.eprints.org/tech.php/ > *** EPrints community wiki: http://wiki.eprints.org/
