Kalimera Denis!Unfortunately not! But I 've been busy and didn't look further into it. Perhaps now it's good time to start looking at it again....
Which version of EPrints are you using? If you try to edit the item as the user that deposited it do you see the same error? I don't but it's important the admin to be able to edit the document!
The two links are different though: As user the link is: .../cgi/users/home?screen=EPrint::Edit&eprintid=63&stage=files#t As admin the link is: .../cgi/users/home?screen=Workflow::Edit&dataset=eprint&dataobj=63&stage=files#t Any ideas??? Best, G.
Kalimera Georgios, did you find a solution to this problem? I have the same when arriving from "Manage Records" and in the second step of the workflow (exactly as you) http://myrepo/cgi/users/home?screen=Workflow::Edit&dataset=eprint&dataobj=4&stage=files#t best regards, Denis On Fri, Feb 3, 2012 at 6:13 PM, Dimitrakakis Georgios <giorgis@lib.uoc.gr> wrote:Hi! When I try as an administrator to edit an item the second step of the workflow (upload) gives the following error on the screen: Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@domain.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. The error on the server log is: [Fri Feb 03 18:49:46 2012] [error] Can't call method "list_items" on unblessed reference at /opt/eprints3/perl_lib/EPrints/Plugin/InputForm/Component/Upload.pm line 177.\n [Fri Feb 03 18:49:46 2012] [error] [client XXX.XXX.XXX.XX] File does not exist: /opt/eprints3/archives/archive-id/html/en/error, referer: http://preprints.domain.com/cgi/users/home?screen=Workflow%3A%3AEdit&dataset=eprint&dataobj=11 All the other steps of the workflow (Type, Details, Subjects) work correctly and I can edit the data there. Any suggestions??
