There isn't an <xpage:head> in that document (did you paste the correct thing?)? For reference, the index.xpage should look like: http://trac.eprints.org/eprints/browser/branches/3.2/system/lib/defaultcfg/lang/en/static/index.xpage And live in archives/[archiveid]/cfg/lang/en/static/index.xpage /Tim.
