EPrints Support for Sword v2 Specification

Currently support for SWORD v2 is ONLY available in the nightly builds of EPrints

Also please note that the returned metadata from the POST/PUT operation will be finalised once all basic operation are tested. This will be complete once section 6.9 here is complete
